February 10, 2025 – The Brooks Bandits have signed 2005-born defenceman Conor Ryan from the Nipawin Hawks of the SJHL.
Ryan has played 36 games with the Hawks this year, tallying 18 points (6G, 12A). Previously, he dressed in 24 games for the Flin Flon Bombers, and 16 games for the Sherwood Park Crusaders in the 2023-24 season. He played U18 Prep at Shawnigan Lake, where he was named to the CSSHL U18 First All-Star Team.
The 19-year-old, left shot defenceman hails from St. John’s, NL
Ryan is expected to join the team this upcoming week and be in the lineup for the upcoming game against the Cranbrook Bucks this Friday, February 14th.
The Bandits would like to welcome Conor and the Ryan family to the organization.
